In Jigsaws, Combs and Rulers, the work hones in on our perception of the disparate and discarded object. From broken to misplaced objects, the artist finds combs missing teeth, rulers with jagged edges and jigsaw puzzles missing pieces. Expired objects it would seem. These objects find themselves challenged in their form and functions. Through making interventions with these found materials, satirical commentaries on our perceptions of the used item and found object are made while extending these ideas further to our surroundings.
